Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO
- Handing all financial and company secretarial matters under the listing rules
- Improve forecast accuracy, identify cost drivers and trends to establish realistic P & L targets
- A key member to support analysis, modeling financial impacts of initiatives under consideration, incl M&A and JV projects.
- Manage analysis and forecast process for the company
- Work closely with CEO and other senior members to design tools to track, control and support new initiatives
- Support strategic business plans
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s to measure business performance
- Implement and identify process improvement
- Look at cost efficiencies and implementing a better process.
- Supervise accounting department and oversee the regular reporting works
- Ad-hoc assignments/analysis required
Requirements:
- Degree holder, majoring in accounting or finance is plus or other related disciplines
- Member of HKICPA is must
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in finance from HKEX listed companies
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Independently and meet tight reporting deadline
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
