Job Description

Our client is a sizable siable listed company with good benefits, they are looking for the following positions :

Position : Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel - In-house

Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience and qualifications)

Benefits : 5 Days work, Good Benefits with double pay plus discretionary bonus

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Law or related discipline
Qualified lawyer is a must
At least 7-10 yrs relevant experience in commercial field or in-house Company
Gained experience in Sizable Listed Companies & China Exposure are an advantage
Excellent communication and liaison skills across all stakeholders (both internal & external)
Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin - most important
Strong analytical and legal research skills
Stable, Pleasant, Presentable & Energetic
