Quality Assurance – Hardgoods/Cosmetics x 2  – up to 30K

Our client is one of leading buying office in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers the global team to ensure that procedures are properly understood and followed.
• review factory activities related to quality inspection to ensure product compliance to company’s quality expectations.
• Establish and maintain process control including document management, factory certification audits, requirements and registration cards for products
• Analyze and report on all retail or online store rejections/ hazard notifications and customer complaints, with reports to the QA Engineering Manager for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Applied Science or related field.
• Around 3-5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and US and/ or EU regulatory
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and adapt to a flexible and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
