• Executive Assistant to Managing Director in Asia
  
• Communication with Suppliers & German Buyers
  
• Prepare reports for Managing Director
• Implementation of Operation procedures
• Managing and optimization of Operation Processes
• Develop sourcing strategies together with our buyers from Europe
• Sourcing in Asia
• Price Negotiation
• Leading business trips with buyers from Germany and Croatia

Requirements:

• Leadership competency like creating a positive working atmosphere, motivating and developing the team members
• Able to implement and execute quality activities to achieve company set requirements
• Strong intercultural communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, independent, structured  and a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with German & European standards, industrial operations experience in is definitely an advantage
• Native speaker of German and Croatian and fluent in English; Mandarin may be beneficial
• Flexibility due to frequent factory and supplier visits
