Job Descriptions:

- International commodity, LNG market analysis with weekly report and monthly summaries.

- Assist to monitor all activities in raw materials purchasing planning and implementation, namely budgeting, materials sourcing, price and terms negotiation and vendors assessment. Build and develop new clients as well as maintaining strong relationship with existing clientele and related government departments.

- Contract and tender review and supervise full set of shipping and banking documents for L/C application and negotiation.

- Operation analysis including annual budget, quarterly and annually analysis report of commodity procurement.

- Handling full sets of Import & Export shipping documents, L/C, bank documentation, Tradelink System & China custom declaration.

Job Requirements:

-Degree or above in / Procurement /Supply Chain Management / Business or equivalent.

- At least 3 years of relevant commodity trading experience, specializing in oil &gas.

- Familiar with contracting and tendering process and general purchase contract terms and conditions.

- Self-motivated, driven and responsible individual

- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Both oral and written)

- Willingness to travel and adaptable to foreign cultures

-  Travel to PRC frequently
