Key job responsibilities include:

• Work with core suppliers to deliver improved supply chain efficiency, such as supporting technical and quality control standard, and production process.
• Good paper packaging knowledge, vendor development, and liaison with overseas sales team and coordination with production plants for timely delivery of shipment.
• Develop appropriate suppliers relationships to support strategic direction.
• Source, evaluate and implement new suppliers where gaps are identified.
• Managing external and internal relationships, bargaining and handling conflict if any.
• Projects follow-up and handling ad hoc assignments if required.

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferable in printing or equivalent
• 5 years related experiences, in printing and packaging area preferably in cosmetic sector
• Good team player and customer oriented
• Aggressive, hard working, self-motivated, analytical, flexible and able to work independently and smartly
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS word and excel)
• A few trips to China per month is unavoidable
