Job Objective:

Based on the research and develop the concept and engineering product design.

Job Duties:

• Manage a project to develop and execute new product on time, cost and quality;

• Report to R&D Manager about the product timely so as to submit the progress reports about the engineering design;

• Plan and coordinate new product development projects and activities as part of cross-functional development team;

• Work with RDCN (China) and RDJP (Japan) on the product design to ensure safety and innovative product be made;

• Keep up-to-date with technology research, new patent, etc. Propose new innovative technical improvements for ongoing product innovation and maintain technical lead over competition;

• Work directly with suppliers on new product design and development, feasibility studies, patent research etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical / Electronic or other relevant disciplines;

• 3 years of product development engineering experience in consumer products or related field

• Experience in engineering product designs from design staff concepts using 3D computer-aid design

• Extensive knowledge of plastic, metal, production design and processing;

• A thorough understanding of the R&D environment;

• Good communication skills;

• Proficient in English;

• Proficient in Pro Engineer & CAD Skills
