The target:

Now, we handle several thousand projects per year on various marketplaces, in multiple languages and with different clients. Frankly, it can be quite complicated. That’s why we need you to oversee, simplify, and improve.

The job:

We will be giving you a team of project coordinators and managers. They are armed to the teeth with project management tools; it’s their job to fight against deadlines, missing data and other unknowns. It’s your job to train them and to sharpen their tools:

• Fine-tune existing workflows with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Create coordination and communication standard and guidelines
• Monitor performance and output of the team
• Nurture and motivate team members.
• Set up and monitor development plans for each member of your team.
• Track and improve the profitability of projects, clients, and services.
• Liaise with our production team and business development teams.

The person:

• 10 years of work experience, with proven people management and project management skills.
• Tech-savy, digital native
• Preferably with work experience in the retail, printing or merchandizing industry for global brands
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• High computer literacy with MS Suite
