A member of the Swire Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways, Vogue Laundry is one of the major leading commercial laundry companies in Hong Kong. We are now looking for high caliber candidates for the following position.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with business units and external vendors to deliver quality service to customers
• Maintaining daily operations of shops and depots, include handling of customers’ enquirers and working with frontline staff
• Coordinating and minutes taking for monthly meeting
• Systems logs recording and regular reports preparation
• Support execution of marketing plans
• Shop and depot visits to ensure operations in accordance with company policy
• General administrative support to the department 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and able to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet schedule
•  Work independently, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and customer-oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good literacy of computer skills, including promotion material / poster design
