Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Top Management of the company
•  Work closely with Top Management in strategic plans formulation & implementation as well as providing professional advice on all aspects of merchandising, business planning and problem solving. Lead the subordinates to drive business in achieving Company's objectives and target.
• Provide all-rounded cosmetic\skin care\perfume sourcing and merchandising duties for the global suppliers
• Liaise with the overseas suppliers for business development, overseeing the smooth running the whole merchandise process including product development, negotiation and execution of management functions.

Requirements:

• 5 years or above practical experience, at least 3 years of which are holding similar position in sizable multi-brands cosmetic\skincare organization
• Degree holder in Business or equivalent with practical buying & product \ visual merchandise experience
• Strong product knowledge in cosmetic, skin care, perfume, personal care and familiar with the latest Market Trend
• Sound cosmetic global vendor sourcing network and relevant experience in handling the related product lines
• Solid experience in handling OEM and / or branded products at cosmetics chain stores is preferrable
• Excellent leadership and organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be an effective negotiator & communicator and able to deal with overseas vendors tactfully
• Monitor sales performance, inventory analysis and forecasting for successful management
• Dynamic & fast pace individual with high level of analytical and quantitative skill
