Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a full spectrum of CRM and marketing & communications programs
• Maintain existing customer database and work closely with Sales Team to provide in-depth customer analysis for retention programs
• Perform market research, analysis, provide insight and drive necessary actions
• Direct the company's marketing strategy; monitor and enhance the brand’s social media and digital presence.
• Develop and formulate marketing & PR plans and activities, with strategies and initiatives to drive continuous business growth

Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing, communications, business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong numerical and marketing sense, with creative mind
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office application
