Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the overall Marketing and Public Relations functions of the business to provide suitable marketing and communication strategies to relevant units
• Well experience in social media (Facebook, IG, YouTube, WeChat) marketing such as content research, copywriting and KPI measurement.
• Implementing the relevant marketing strategies and conducting customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers' needs
• Further develop the marketing and distribution channels for the business
• To enhance corporate image by organising diverse marketing, promotion and public relations programs
• Maintaining excellent relationship with both local and international media and communities to develop marketing and advertising plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least 5 years' proven working experience in outdoor marketing event, performance marketing, social media and CMS
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and models, technology trends and market best practice & proficiency in copywriting
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in Trail/Road Running industry will be a PLUS
• Immediately available would be an advantage
