Senior Operation Executive

Job Duties:

l   Report to the Assistant Manager and Brand Manager

l   Responsible for the supervision of the local key chains and department stores

operation to maintain operational efficiency 

l   Regular meeting with buyers for sales review and discuss promotion plan

l   Daily communication with buyers in terms of promotion offer and store operation

l   Control the marketing materials inventory level to ensure smooth execution of

marketing promotion

l   Monitor the store stock take arrangement and review the result

l   Prepare sales report for management review

l   Ensure all brand guidelines are met and compliance of operational processes and

procedures for store opening, operations, visuals merchandising and marketing within

the retail stores 

l   Manage and supervise the team and beauty advisor

l   Prepare the roaster, attendance record and payroll data for the beauty advisor

l   Monitor the POS system to ensure smooth daily operation and tackle problem if

any

l   Prepare marketing plan and staff training

l   Work closely with marketing team to align with the A&P execution

l   Assist on the Sales Forecast

l   Any ad-hoc duty assigned

Requirements:

l   2-3 year’s experience in skincare / beauty / FMCG or retail industry will be a plus 

l   Strong numeric and analytical skills 

l   Good presentation and interpersonal skill

l   Team oriented with good management and leadership skill

l   Communicates effectively in Chinese, English and Mandarin

l   Highly organized & proactive, mature and problem-solving

l   Immediate available is preferred
