Role & Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing strategies and implement marketing plans to drive business and achieve sales targets for HK and Macau markets
• Lead digital marketing and social media strategies to raise brand awareness and build brand
• Communicate with internal & external parties to drive both all kind of marketing initiatives and digital plans, and analyze effectiveness and ROI according to sales performance
• Manage the daily operations of marketing team and work closely with VM team to ensure a smooth execution of in-store promotion and marketing activities
• Monitor daily metrics, KPIs, and perform insights analysis with actionable improvement plan and optimization
• Conduct market research for the best practices and understanding consumers’ behaviour.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• At least 10 years' solid marketing experience in retail industry
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital, offline marketing and CRM
• Able to work independently with strong analytical, organizational and implementation skills
