Job Description:
- Client Relationship Management (40%)

CRM strategy:
- Set clear CRM bjectives for HKMC market.
- Establish gals on KPIs and targets for all CRM actions.
- Evaluatin on all CRM actions (events reports, monitor budget, etc).
- Work closely with boutique managers and communications team on all client events.

Client Experience:
- Client event invitation (overseas/ regional/ local events).
- Strategic targeting of clients to different events.
- Bespoke treatment.

Gift Strategy:
- Clear segmented approach of gifting strategy.
- Unique and exclusive gifts for VIP and top clients.
- Close monitoring of budget and ROI.

Collaboration with L'Ecole:
- Client invitation to L'Ecole classes.
- Working closely with L'Ecole team folr client treatment.

Event Support:
- Client invitation to local events.
- Handle event RSVP.

Third Party Engagement:
- Partnerships with new and high potential client recruitment.
- Retail Performance & Client Insights (60%)

Retail Performance:
- Boutique ID card (local)
- SA KPI report (local)
- Traffic and CP daily update (local)
- HJ SA Performance record update (local)
- Boutique Managers Dashboard (regional)
- KPI Dashboard (regional)

CRM KPI Performance:
- Repeat Client Contact Plan Report.
- Repurchase rate and number of repeaters (overall, local vs tourist).
- Turnover and number of clients.
- Exisiting vs New
- Local vs Tourist

HJ clients and business.
- Existing (existing HJ clients)
- Updated (existing clients but new to HJ)
- New (new client and 1st purchase is HJ)
- Data Capture Report.
- CRM Dashboard.
- Client Segmentation.
- Client Satisfaction Barometer KPI.

Client Study:
- Analyze CRM KPIs on regular basis (monthly/quarterly).
- Client studies on different topics.
- Quality and depth of analysis.
- Transmission to boutiques on CRM KPIs and follow up.

CRM database management:
- Data quality and accuracy in SAP.
- Data capture in boutiques.

CRM Campaign:
- Plan and implement CRM campaign and tools based on client segmentation.
- Support product launch to the sales team by providing CRM tools developed by HQ.
