• Contact internal parties and vendors to check availability and quotation
• Update and consolidate project document and vendor list
• Handle project related cost claims
• Arrange for video pre-production to ensure smooth shooting

Characters / Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage
• Experience in media, agency or digital field is an advantage, fresh graduates welcomed
• Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google sheet operation and formula setting
