The Opportunity

The Superloop Asia team is a high performing, dynamic, customer focused group addressing the telecommunications infrastructure requirements of Wholesale / Global Service Providers, Over the Top (OTT) and Enterprise organisations.

The Regional Marketing Manager is a critical role in developing brand recognition within the Asian market and providing Executive to the Sales Team to identify and target prospects. This role is part of both the Marketing Team based out of Australia and the local sales team in Asia.

What will you do?

• Research and identify new markets within our network scope;

• Develop targeted messaging and specific campaigns to engage with specific customer segments;

• Grow relationships with partners to leverage for market penetration;

• Organise and lead events in Singapore and Hong Kong;

• Develop content to support prospecting and account management such as Blogs, Whitepapers and Case Studies;

• Coordinate and manage artwork briefs, designs, approvals and printing with internal departments and external suppliers - including proofreading and suggesting corrections;

• Positively influence the local.

Who do we want to apply?

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years’ experience in marketing or communications role;

• Experience developing content to support a sales team;

• Ability to work in a matrix structure with line manager based in Australia and Head of Asia based in Hong Kong;

• Demonstrated high attention to detail;

• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and enhance the local team culture

• Proven experience in managing competing priorities and delivering results according to deadlines;

• Tertiary education in Marketing desired but not essential (Certificate, Diploma or Degree);

• Knowledge of the IT /Telecommunications industry and market is advantageous.
