About the role

A fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Engineer to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team. Reporting to the Field Service Manager you will have proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

The focus of this role is to carry out the installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of our medical equipment including hospital beds, patient hoists and our range of alternating mattresses.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination & management, site monitoring, and all related engineering matters in the project
• Prepare quotation, drawings, manuals, method statements, reports and technical documentation for project
• Provide equipment on-site inspection, corrective & preventive maintenance activities & repair services.
• Establish and maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with customers, co-workers and subcontracts.

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or above qualification in any engineering disciplines
• 1 to 3 years working experience is preferable
• Fresh Graduate can be considered
• Candidate with driving license is an advantage
• Knowledge in PC, MS Office and Internet, and proficient in AutoCAD
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and presentational skills
