Responsibilities:

• Planning, sourcing, negotiating and contracting of materials purchase for designated focus
• Assist the team in new stores opening and special seasonal promotions projects with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Support the team on administrative works, including but not limited to, test reports, samples follow ups, code creation, etc…
• Perform ad hoc assignment as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant procurement experience in F&B, Purchasing Management, Supply Chain, Trading or Merchandising
• Knowledge in Oracle System or SAP System will be an advantage
• Good communication and analytical skills with business sense
• Responsible, able to work under pressure and independent
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer (Tableware & Utensils).
