The incumbent will be responsible for performing procurement duties and providing support to the procurement team.

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Procurement Management / Hotel Management related discipline
• Min 3 years working experience in hospitality industry with skills and competency to handle food and beverage purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MBT SCM application is an advantage
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
