Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
‧Arrange samples sending.
‧Arrange accessories for production (eg. labels, hangtags)
‧Follow up orders from sampling to shipment and monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery date requirements
‧Responsible for price negotiation, sampling, to liaise with suppliers and manufacturers independently
‧Assist in daily operational activities and provide supports to the merchandising & sales teams
‧Prepare marketing material and liaise with overseas clients
‧Provide clerical support to team.

Requirements:
‧Form 5 or above
‧At least 2 years working experience for Assistant Merchandiser and 5 years working experience for Merchandiser/ Senior Merchandiser in bags manufacturing & material sourcing
‧Definite asset if proficient in shipping documents and arrangements
‧Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese/Mandarin
‧Self-motivated, responsible, good interpersonal skill, hardworking & able to work under pressure
‧Occasional travel to PRC factory
‧Good computer knowledge
‧Immediate availability or short notice is preferable
