Duties

• Coordinate with local and overseas customers, designers and project teams, ensuring suitable products are selected.
• Manage and work closely with the local and overseas project team on ideas and installation process
• Sales representative and project coordinator for all projects.
• Coordinate with overseas factories and monitor the project status of factories in China.
• Support management to formulate trading and logistics strategy and enhance the efficiency, cost saving, and resource optimization;
• Assist in ad hoc projects;

Requirements

• Diploma or above in International Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years of solid experience gained from trading company of building and decoration materials is highly desirable;
• Experience of Vietnam market is definitely an advantage;
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-motivated, responsible, organized and able to work independently;
• Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is preferred.
