We are looking to recruit a team player to join our Aviation Finance Team to carry out the following:

Requirements:

• First degree in law from a common law jurisdiction is preferred but not essential
• 1-2 years of experience in asset finance or aviation finance is essential
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, strong English drafting skills
• Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word and Chinese Word Processing)
• Highly meticulous and fast learner

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare condition precedent checklist; follow up and prepare condition subsequent checklist
• Draft simple legal opinion
• Collate condition precedent documents and prepare bibles
