Job Responsibilities:

• Order follow-up, coordinate after sales service and prepare reports, including monthly sales reports and cash & expense reports
• Quotation, sales order and invoice handling
• Closely communicate with customers and be responsible for logistics and payment arrangement
• Provide clerical and administration support
• Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaign
• Manage inventory to optimise the stock level that fulfils customer needs
• Handle customer enquiries for responsible brands
• Handle office, bank documents and filings

  Job Requirements:

• Hi-Diploma or above with 2 years’ sales administrator experience
• Good command of English (spoken & written) and Chinese;
• Able to complete task independently within deadline
• Result-oriented and self-motivated to drive for success in challenging environment
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external partners
• Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in CCTV/ Security/ IT / Network products is an advantage
