Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and manage internal control policies, protocols, guidelines and SOPs
• Plan, implement and conduct internal audits, process control activities and exceptions based review  for all our Japanese Chain Restaurants (JCR) to ensure business operations are complied with company policies and procedures
• Drive internal review to identify internal control weaknesses, including but not limited to financial, operational and compliance in all areas within JCR, with recommendations
• Establish yearly cash and inventories operations control review plan including risk assessment andfield audit
• Develop advanced analytics to identify irregular patterns and correlations systematically
• Supervise subordinates’ performance and perform verification checks
• Develop and conduct training related to internal control for internal users
• Handle whistleblowing
• To complete any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• 8+ years of internal audit experience, preferable in F&B/retail business
• Excellent in communication skill, including both written and verbal, in both English and Cantonese/Chinese
• Excellent computing skill, such as MS office, BI tools. VBA and Macro is a plus
• Excellent in analytical skill and able to handle large volume of data
• CPA qualification is preferred with bachelor degree in related discipline
• Able to adapt flexi working hours
