Our client is an American Electronic and Home Appliance manufacturer and distributor that supplies to over 30 countries worldwide. Currently, they are seeking high caliber to join their new FP&A function to partner with operation team and support business growth in South East Asia and Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Headquarter Finance Director and closely work with domestic unit heads, you will lead a team of two and responsible for full FP&A function in South East Asia region.
• Set up, maintain and improve analysis reporting framework to headquarter and provide with insightful views across South East Asia market.
• Analyze and work cross on regional results to understand and resolve variance deviations
• Leading budget exercise with understandings of business dynamics and key performance measures
• Business partnering with Business Development, costing and sales team to with solid recommendations and supports

Requirements:

• Degree in account, finance or related discipline with 5 years post-qualification experience gained from consumer goods industry, wholesale and retail industry with SEA exposures
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant controller
• Audit experienced gained from Big4 or Second Tier CPA is a plus
• Adaptable, initiative with strong business acumen and negotiation skills to deal with operation peers of all levels.
• Proficient with VBA, Oracle, Qlikview and other data visualization software
• Excellent interpersonal skills in spoken and written English, mandarin is definitely a plus
• Occasional travel is required
