Legal Counsel

Our client is one of listing company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with our HK and PRC Legal Team to draft and review various legal documents and correspondences with a diverse range of counterparties
• Provide first-line legal advice and assistance in relation to commercial agreements directly to management  
• Draft, review and negotiate contract and materials for various business activities
• Contribute to compliance under company law
• Provide on-going advice and periodic training to business teams for compliance & professional handling of business activities
• Manage and keep updated of contract templates, internal guidelines and knowledge on various legal & business compliance issue

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Hong Kong admitted lawyer with at least 10+ years of PQE corporate law experience
• Experience in commodity industry is strongly preferred
• Ability to draft legal documents in both English and Chinese
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
