Key elements of the job will involve:

• Provide professional advice in relation to company formation and corporate secretarial services for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Manage relationship with clients and take up new engagement
• Groom the team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the company secretarial duties to fulfil compliance
• Support management as a subject matter expert and engage in special projects such as Liquidation cases 

Desired skills and experience:

• At least 8-10 years of company secretarial experience (less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager)
• Experience in managing and coaching team members;
• Experience in CPA Firm or Professional Firm;
• Degree holder in Corporate Governance or equivalent;
• Associate member or above with HKICS/ ICSA;
• Self-initiative, good team management, customer-oriented and possess excellent client skills;
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Words processing;
