• Provide assistance on documents reviews;
• Undertake legal research and bilingual translations;
• Liaise with different partners / fee-earners to work on reports, if need
• Liaise with clients and external bodies as required;
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing helpful and constructive communications;

Various Corporate Paralegals instant openings

• Conduct proof reading of prospectuses;
• Undertake due diligence and verification exercises independently;
• Experience in Hong Kong listing matters is preferred;
• Experience in company secretary is a definite advantage for some of the instant openings

• Experience in international law firms, company secretary firms or financial industry is preferred for some of the instant openings

Current corporate finance, M&A or IPO paralegals with strong PRC background are preferred by leading firms;

Litigation Paralegal requirements

• Experience in handling general civil litigation

• Experience in handling bundles, simple liquidation/bankruptcy procedures, assessment of costs, are preferable

Common Requirements

• Good command in MS Office Software (MS word, Excel and Outlook) and English;
• A good team player, hardworking, responsible, self-disciplined.
• Diligent; high sense of responsibility and good judgments skills
• Good initiative, self-motivated and positive working attitude
