Responsibilities
• Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties, corporate governance, legal and compliance functions
• Prepare annual / interim reports, announcements and circulars
• Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders' meetings
• Monitor relevant compliance requirements and implement compliance procedures as required
• Maintain and update company secretarial records, registers and statutory filings
• Assist in handling ad hoc assignments

 Requirements
• Degree in Common Laws or above is an advantage, and Associate Member of HKICS/ICSA preferred
• At least 5 years of company secretarial experience gained from sizeable professional firms or listed companies
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Listing Rules, HKEX, SFC and Companies Ordinance
• Experience in handling legal and compliance matters with HKEX , SFC is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

任職資格
• 持有普通法學士程度學位或普通法學士程度以上學位爲優勢
• 以持有香港專業審核師學會/英國特許秘書公會會員資格者爲取向
• 5年以上大型法務或公司秘書專業公司或上市公司的公司秘書經驗
• 精通香港上市規則，香港聯交所，證監會及公司條例
• 處理有關對接香港聯交所，證監會之法律及合規事宜的經驗為優勢
• 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧
• 優秀的英文和中文書面和口語能力
