Job Duties:
As the In-house Counsel, you will be reporting to the Head of Legal with following responsibilities:

1.Drafting, reviewing, commenting and proof-reading commercial agreements and documents written in English and Chinese；
2.Assisting senior management on daily compliance risk identification, inspection and reporting; and provide legal analysis for the Company；
3.Handling routine company secretary work of the group's listing company；
4.Conducting legal research, assisting in perfecting the internal legal & compliance system；
5.Handling ad hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

1. 1.Bachelor Degree in Common Laws or above;
   2.Over 5 years corporate legal work experience or company secretary experience of listing company, Associate member of HKICS is preferable;
   3.Well versed with Hong Kong Listing Rules;
   4.Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
   5.Strong team player and with the eagerness to move in house;
   6.High proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word.

   崗位職責 
   1.起草和審閱各類中英文商業協議和文件;
   2.協助公司管理層對日常的合規風險進行識別,檢查和報告，及提供專業法律意見;
   3.全面處理集團下屬上市公司的日常公司秘書工作;
   4.參與法律事務的調研, 協助完善公司內部法務及合規制度;
   5.處理公司指派的其他工作。

   任職資格
   1.英美法法學學士或以上專業資歷;
   2.五年以上企業法務工作經歷或上市公司公司秘書工作經歷，香港特許秘書公會會員更佳;
   3.熟識香港上市條例;
   4.優秀的英文及中文書寫及口語;
   5.有較強的團隊精神, 冀望加入企業內部法律團隊;
   6.熟練使用多種電腦軟件。
