Objective

In this role, you serve as the ambassador to facilitate communication internally with cross functional teams and externally with our strategic partners. This role reports to Associate Director, Sales Operations & Strategic Account Management.

Responsibilities

<Strategic Accounts>

• Proactive account servicing to ensure campaigns’ objectives are met and exceed client’s expectation
• Work closely with sales persons to meet strategic accounts revenue goals
• Prepare proposals, media plan, benchmark reports, and showcases
• Liaise with key customers, sales persons, ad operations, and other crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and troubleshoot with internal support should issues arise

<Projects>

• Work closely with the relevant sales person and loop in on every details of the project from the start
• Provide strategic account management to projects
• Proactive account servicing to ensure campaigns’ objectives are met and exceed client’s expectation
• Assist Sales to project manage including but not limited to sourcing venue, budgeting, resource control, time management…etc
• Liaise with key customers, sales persons, publishers and ad operations team to ensure smooth project execution and troubleshoot with internal support should issues arise

<Sales Admin>

• Check all signed IOs for accuracy including third party vendor contracts or supporting documents on a weekly basis
• Regular update on agencies and clients database
• Prepare cross-platform showcases for the team on a regular basis (e.g. bycategories or selected advertisers)
• Liaise both internally & externally to enhance communications
• Serve as help desk for general Sales enquiry

 Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital / media industry and account servicing
• Excellent in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint and Internet Applications required
• Expert problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent client and interpersonal skills, with a flexible attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and must also be a logical thinker with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
