Responsibilities

• Achieves the personal sales targets and respects discount policy
• Assists in guaranteeing cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, personal grooming
• Guarantees security of goods
• Applies CRM programme, follow-up with his clients
• Collects client addresses, increase address database and maintain actuality of data Profile
• Follows up on reservations and repairs of his clients

Profile

• At least 2 to 4 years of sales experience
• Affinity for luxury/high-end goods and jewellery products
• Excellent communication skills
• Eager to learn & multitasks
• Sense of sales and luxury service
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and at least intermediate knowledge in English 
• NO sales background in Jewellery required
