Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of testing and certification services with global coverage.
Responsibilities
- Foster innovative new services and solutions for the health and beauty products (HBP) industry
- Work with client service (CS) colleagues to actively approach potential customers to introduce Health and Beauty service
- Conduct Heath and Beauty seminars and technical workshops for customers
- Resolve customers’ technical problems by suggesting practical solutions
- Assist in the marketing activities
- Conduct internal CS and staff training
Requirement
- Degree in a Science
- 5 years or above in the health and beauty industry (HBP)
- Technical experience (QC/QA/R&D) in cosmetic and toiletry, as well as over-the-counter drug products
- Experience in customer relations and management, and market knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Putonghua
- Excellent interpersonal skill and presentation skill
- Hands on computer application, including MS Office
