He/she is willing to improve his sales skills, product knowledge and customer service.

He/she supports his colleagues to guarantee smooth operations of the Boutique with the highest service standards.

The sales associate ensures the safety of the goods and always respects the brand’s and the Boutique manager’s guidelines.

Responsibilities 

• Achieves the personal sales targets and respects discount policy
• Assists in guaranteeing cleanliness, tidiness, merchandising, stationery, personal grooming
• Guarantees security of goods
• Follows up on reservations and repairs of his clients
• Applies CRM programme, follow-up with his clients
• Collects client addresses, increase address database and maintain actuality of data Profile

Profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• NO sales background in Jewellery required
• Affinity for luxury/high-end goods and jewellery products
• Excellent communication skills & multitasks
• Eager to learn and work in a multicultural environment 
• Sense of sales and luxury service
• Fluent in French and at least intermediate knowledge of one relevant foreign language (English or Chinese)
