Job Responsibilities:

• Process and handle New Business and Service Request of MPF Business
• Process and handle New Business, Renewal and Service Request of General Insurance Business
• Handle financial advisers' enquiries and liaise with financial advisers on pending cases and service requests by providing professional and accurate response within service standard
• Provide clerical support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
• Work with different internal departments and external parties for business support purposes
• Assist in preparation of monthly operations reports for management purposes

 Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MPF; Experience in General Insurance Industry is preferable
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as SENIOR OFFICER
