  • To implement sales and promotion strategies in order to achieve profit target per overall company's direction/objectives
  • Assist to review and evaluate sales figures at timely basis and provide proper solutions/strategies against dynamic environment
  • To build a close business relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity through regular sales visits and act as a communication channel to capture dynamic market intelligence and resolve mutual problems so as to maintain company goodwill and optimize customer satisfaction
  • Identify any possible dimensions for developing and expanding customer basis/distribution networks
  • Assist to prepare sales and promotional schedule/result reports at timely basis for management review
  • Assist to contribute sales and credit control
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Job Specification

  • Tertiary educated or above
  • 3-4 years solid experience in FMCG with at least 1 years of which at supervisory level, food or beverage industry is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in handling key accounts / dining / restaurants / institutions / distributors / hotels / key chain management / retail and general trade
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing working environment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to prepare sales & promotional proposals and reports
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Good negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Energetic, proactive, self-motivated and flexible with strong commitment to achieve sales target
  • Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment
  • Occasional business trip is required when necessary
