Job Descriptions

• Oversee the daily operations of the Reception and Telephone Operators team
• Review client services procedure to ensure consistency and quality of services, and reduce wait time
• Review all appointment and admission procedures
• Develop loyalty program and initiatives for referral veterinarians and primary case clients 
• Handle clients’ complaints, provide service recovery when necessary
• Conduct training on customer services training to the team
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives for the clinic
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance clinic’s service standards and operational efficiency
• Prepare and consolidate statistics and analysis report
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Management

 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing customer relations
• Customer-oriented with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent supervisory skill with creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
