Responsibilities: 

• Understand customers’ need and provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer's Accounts
• Maintain service quality by continuously improve working outputs
• Work closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled
• Actively participate in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects
• Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers
• Lead the customer service team, professionally interacts with customers, building strong relationships across various levels
• Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management timely, efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Transportation, Logistics or Shipping related discipline
• 5-8 years’ solid experience in customer support / key account management in freight forward or logistics
• Familiar with Asia, Europe and South America’s market
• Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, and team steering
• Fluent spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Putonghua
