Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the customer roadmap and related principles and rules to ensure the robust of the customer base and existing propositions are in line with customer expectations

  • Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in data mining customer strategy, segmentation and customers performance monitoring, analysis, segmentation and to fulfill different business needs

  • Work closely with Marketing team to drive the increased value from our new and existing customer base through management of customer behavior insight, customer campaigns and loyalty programs

  • Act as a bridge and adviser to resolve customer complaints and propose for the compensation if needed, and seek for goodwill from Principal

  • Ensure customer complaint / enquiries is follow up on time & properly within the timeline, and update in CRM system

  • Monitor the KPI & CS satisfaction indexes according to Principal guideline 

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with 8 years of CRM experience preferably in motor business / luxury products

  • Solid understanding of the motor business & CRM with experiences in organising on a daily basis

  • Strategic thinking, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Experienced in people leadership and coaching

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
