Key Responsibilities

· Responsible for follow up routing order; Communicate with overseas agents, mainly by email and follow up their instructions;

· Handle daily operation related inquiries and correspondence;

· Consolidate CFS, CY booking;

· System data entry for supply chain activities;

· In accordance with rules, standards & regulations on supply chain activities;

· Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements on supply chain activities.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and supply chain.

· Deal with different deadlines efficiently and report accordingly.

Requirements

· Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent

· Fresh Graduates are welcomed

· Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
