工作內容

• 處理客戶電話、電郵查詢，有效地協助及解答疑難，提供優質客戶服務體驗
• 跟進客戶訂單，及時反饋及處理問題，確保順暢的購物體驗

入職要求

• 具良好普通話、英語基礎 (包括書寫水平及會話)
• 具熟練及準確的中英文輸入能力 (必須熟識中文簡體輸入)
• 熟識電腦操作 (如：MS Office，Excel，Word...)
• 高自覺性及自發性
• 歡迎內地接受教育者
• 歡迎本地或非本地應屆畢業生
• 具有相關中國在線零售商經驗者優先
• 工作時間：五天工作， 上午9：00 至 下午 06：00 (有需要周六值班，輪休假）
