Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and sales team for sales orders, conduct ERP data input.
• Handle delivery arrangement with external Logistics partners.
• Co-ordinate with China factory for goods production and delivery to Hong Kong.
• Assist sales team for daily operation.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Services.
• Customer-oriented mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese word processing, with ERP experience.
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin
