Responsibilities:

• Communicate & liaise with suppliers and customers on production issues
• Maintain all customers' information in a smooth and tidy manner
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Keep track of production  and shipments to ensure on time shipment deliveries
• Handle custom clearance and export arrangement, able to handle L/C shipment is a preference
• Provide administrative support, including handle local shipment and courier
• Manage ERP within a centralized and integrated system 
• Assist in exhibition work

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above, with at least 2 years of working experience in merchandising/trading field, solid experience in manufacturing is preferable
• Knowledge or experience on I/E shipment arrangement and customs declaration. Strong in trade rules and knowledge of L/C procedure is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Pleasant, initiative, detail-minded, well-organized, work under pressure and willing to take responsibility
• Willing to travel China (factory)
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
