Business Executive

Job Duties : 

• Assist in formulating sales strategies and developing sales budget plans
• Maintain good relationships and negotiate term contracts with key accounts and suppliers
• Work closely with sales teams of regional offices including Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Shanghai to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and analyze market situation, provide market intelligence for internal and external use.
• Explore new markets and conduct market studies
• Monitor inventory of various stock points and arrange logistics plans
• Prepare sales report and performance reviews
• Travel frequently to China, SE Asia and Japan for meetings, site visits and conferences

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1-2 years of working experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putgonhua)
• Strong communicator, internally and externally
• Independent, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
