Dept.: HIKG – Customer Order Management 

Report to: Customer Order Management Manager, Area South China

Job Description:

• Knowledge in Export Booking process.
• Ensure to provide quality service to customers Internally and externally, handling enquiries and provide solution in professional manner
• Provide timely report to Customer Service team to check with customer for any shortfall before SI / cargo cut off and update in GLOBE
• Prepare LBF schedule with clear cut-off date / time in coordination with different stakeholders.
• Handle Error Management to ensure data correctness
• Handle Vessel Process and ensure Cargo Readiness, Load Listing and Onboard List run smoothly and accurately according to vessel schedule
• Handle Vessel Recombination timely and accuracy accordingly to Operation ICS Report and COV List from ASC Allocation
• Communicate with co-workers to solve overshipped / shortsipped issue timely ensure accuracy  
• Provide timely D&D report for Customers Service, Area South China for follow up collection of D&D.
• Ability to communicate effectively interdepartmentally, and externally with Customers and others
• Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs, focusing on customer service
• Demonstrate ability to communicate information and develop individuals to improve team knowledge and skill set
• Highly customer focused and able to demonstrate excellent communication/telephone skills demonstrate an understanding of customer service ‘Best Practice’

Qualifications:

• Preferably Diploma or above
• Good command of Spoken and Writing English, Mandarin, & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Liner Shipping / logistics
