Job Description:

Merchant Service Executive will be responsible for delivering timely resolution of any issues facing our new and existing merchant users.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and product related assistance to the Business Development team in pursuit of new clients and/or in support of expansion opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Provide assistance to activate, train, and educate merchant users
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate, current support materials for merchant users
  • Analyse and react upon merchant users’ and feedbacks
  • Design and implement merchant accounts service procedure; optimise merchant service experience
  • Explore merchants' potential needs, coordinate and communicate with internal departments to optimise operation strategy, product development and business development
  • Participate in product management and design
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks related to merchant support

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
  • Skill in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service
  • Highly customer-focused and detail minded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate in latest technologies
  • Ability to work under fast-paced environment
  • A good team player, independent, self-disciplined, responsible
  • Experience in dealing with SME will be an advantage
  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management and customer service, customer support in technology fields will be an advantage
  • Applicants who are still pursuing their studies will be considered as Intern
