Working location: Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities:

Provide QA consultation services to all functional units

Setup and monitor QA system, ensure the HK operations in compliance of local regulations, NQMS, ISO, specific customer and Nestle quality requirements.

Actively involved in the establishment of food regulations; keep close connection with food authorities, e.g. FEHD, etc.

Handling of QA Controversial Issues and any other quality related issues.

Distributor/supplier assessment and ensure distributor/supplier follow HK regulations and Nestle policy.

Promote quality and safety awareness and make recommendation on improving product quality and system, e.g. provide quality related training for Company and Distributor staffs.

Product specification reviews to ensure complying local requirements and Nestle standard.

Imported products approval, samples collection and release.

Artwork and IMS Product Brief approval for both imported and exported products.

Promotional items assessment and advertisement approval to ensure complying local and Nestle requirements.

Complaint handling and investigation; closely follow up the complaint reduction project and complaint issues.

Prepare the QA & BRQ (Business Review of Quality) report according to the defined schedule.

Requirements:

-          Good education with bachelor degree or above, majored in food related science or relevant field.

-          Min. 5 years working experience of QA/QC in food industry and familiar with food regulation

-          Proactive and responsible attitude, persistent and detail minded personality is required

-          Knowledge of Laboratory Operation, Quality Management System, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Good Manufacturing Practices.

-          Good command of communication skills in both English & Chinese, preferable with Mandarin

-       Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at different levels
