Location: Sai Ying Pun

Duties:

1. To Provide professional and technical support for the implementation and evaluation of the survey on Antimicrobial Resistance in food.

2. To look after the various issues related to the Contract of the Survey.

3. To liaise with different stakeholders throughout the Survey.

4. To provide professional support in the compilation, analysis and interpretation of data collected by the Survey.

5. To provide professional input to initiatives on Antimicrobial Resistance including health promotion and public education on combating Antimicrobial Resistance

6. To perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Must Have a university Degree in  Food Science/ Food Technology / Public Health/Epidemiology and Bio statistics/an appropriate zoology - or agricultural-related subject in Applied or Natural Science ,from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;

2. Level 2 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE/HKCEE or equivalent.

3. Have a good command of MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing

4. Have experience in food safety or sampling project(s), research project(s) and knowledge in MS Access and SPSS statistical software is an advantage.
