Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft repairs, certify, supervise and maintain aircraft fleet in an airworthiness condition in accordance with company and regulatory policies and procedures;
• Perform ‘Pre/Post Flight’ inspections before and after each flight;
• Coordinate and stimulate swift troubleshooting, to determine an estimated required aircraft downtime;
• Track the progression of all maintenance requirement during maintenance projects;
• Prioritize the different required maintenance releases;
• Attend and establish the AOG recovery action plan;
• Occasionally fly as “crew member/flight engineer”, as required;
• Assist the order spare parts to meet maintenance requirements;
• Inspect and maintain ground support equipment serviceable and monitor calibration status where applicable;
• Conduct final work order review and validation, including man-hours billing accuracy and final CRS;
• Coordinate and assist the aircraft interior, exterior cleaning and bright work, as required;
• Assist to coordinate ground handling requests;
• Support maintenance projects as defined by the Management Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, holder of an HKCAD, EASA and/or FAA Maintenance License;
• B2 License is a must;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Aviation Industry, preferably in the Business or Private Aviation company; 
• Proven experience as Certified Engineer on Business and/or Private Aviation types;
• Global Express/XRS/5000/6000 training preferred;
• High level of attention to details with demonstrated excellent judgment, professionalism and integrity;
• Strong problem-solving skills and can cope with fast-paced, complex and high visibility working environment;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Ability to work in a high performing culture with strong
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) applications.
